Imperial House

The Imperial House is a prominent Residential Building with Commercial Retail on the first floor. For over 20 years, The Imperial House has entrusted Hebert Rose to maintain and improve the buildings’ façade, roofs, non-city building sidewalks and driveways. We replaced the parapet walls as well as continually perform necessary masonry repairs to preserve the buildings overall appearance. The aluminum fascia and drains were replaced and the Herbert Rose team repaired the damaged concrete and waterproofed the balcony by installing a new traffic system. Herbert Rose applied a traffic coating to the driveways not only to preserve the driveway but to match the buildings style. The top floor roofs as well as the two 20th floor roofs were replaced and waterproofed with the New Kemper Membrane. Granite pavers were installed on the non-city buildings sidewalk to spruce up the buildings’ exterior appeal.
